Meet The Staff

Chris Fletcher is the Lead Pastor of Manna Church in Fayetteville/Ft. Liberty. He is married to Rachel and the couple has four children. Chris has a B.A. in Music Performance from Campbell University and an M.A. in Christian Leadership from Grace College of Divinity (now Manna University). He is the Vice President of the Fayetteville Soccer Club and a staff coach at the Villareal Force Soccer Academy.

Jonathan Fletcher is the Teaching Pastor at Manna Church in Fayetteville. He also is a part of the Lead Team for Manna Church. Previously, Jonathan served as the Lead Pastor for Manna Church in Fuquay-Varina, NC. In addition to serving in the church, he has had experience holding board positions in a number of non-profits. He has served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Angier Chamber of Commerce, founding board member for the Rick Herrema Foundation (a charity supporting military families), and as an executive member of the board for Grace College of Divinity, now Manna University (where he chairs the Academic Committee).

Jonathan was educated at Campbell University. He has written for CityView Magazine and ABHE’S Journal of Contemporary Theological Studies.

Jonathan is married to his wife Heather, and they have seven children.

Michael Fletcher served Manna Church as Senior Pastor for 40 years. In that time, the church grew from 350 to over 8,000 attenders in 2019. Coupling sound biblical teaching with relevant, practical application and cutting edge outreach, Michael and the pastoral staff have worked to create a culture that advances the Kingdom of God “across the street” and around the globe (actively engaged in 63 countries). Michael’s heart is not only to see God’s people equipped to change their world, but also for the planting of churches with the same world-changing vision. Under Michael’s leadership, Manna has helped to plant over 100 churches to date and is presently engaged in planting a version of Manna Church near every U.S. military base in the world.

Michael has authored seven books to include Building Successful Relationships, How to Get Promoted, Overcoming Barriers to Church Growth and most recently, Empowering Leadership.

Michael and his wife Laura married in 1979 and live in Fayetteville, NC. They have eight children and 25 grandchildren (and counting). In their spare time, they both enjoy training and competing in endurance sports, with over 27 marathons (Michael), 22 marathons (Laura), three Ironman finishes (Michael) and a 50- and a 75-mile Ultra Marathon finish (Laura) to their credit.
